About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who understands the automotive and engineering manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring — from sourcing shop-floor manpower to recruiting staff and engineers — ensuring timely fulfillment of our manpower needs across all plants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Recruit for roles such as CNC/VMC operators, machinists, quality inspectors, tool room staff, maintenance technicians, welders, supervisors, engineers, and office/admin staff.




- Source candidates through job portals, technical institutes, local networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and track hiring progress.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and reports.
- Build a talent pool for recurring and critical positions.
- Support HR in onboarding and induction processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment for a manufacturing or automotive components company.
- Strong understanding of shop-floor and technical manpower.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred:

- Experience in Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive manufacturing setups.
- Locally based candidates with good industry and labor market contacts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
