Head Office - Mahim (1 person)
- Finding and evaluating suppliers
- Negotiating prices and contracts and delivery schedules
- Obtain quotations and compare prices
- Creating purchase orders (POs)
- Tracking deliveries
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
- Ensuring quality of materials
- Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
- Coordinate with stores for inventory management
