Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. This internship offers practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and provides an opportunity to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool.
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing, screening, and interview targets.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment/HR experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
