We are looking for an Academic Counsellor for Target Defence Academy, Lucknow. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi and must be a dedicated, responsible, and skilled individual. Candidates with prior experience in a Defence Coaching Institute or Educational Institute will be preferred.

Key Roles:

- Provide academic counselling.
- To guide students on career paths in defence (NDA, CDS, AFCAT, etc.).
- Maintain student counselling records with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with faculty to monitor student progress and provide support where needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
