*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The Executive will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies, managing online presence, and engaging with our target audience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content.

*Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach

- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

- Create and schedule compelling posts, graphics, videos, and other content formats

- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities

- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand social media assets

- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and suggest improvements

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

- Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns

- Generate regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the marketing team

*Qualifications:*





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (digital marketing certification is a plus)

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creativity in content creation and ability to adapt to different brand voices

- Understanding of analytics and metrics to measure social media success

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is advantageous

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
