We are looking for a results-driven Digital Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and the ability to use AI tools to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
* Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
* Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
* Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
* Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns successfully.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
* B.Tech / M.Tech qualification.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
* Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms.
* Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (English fluency is mandatory).
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
