About Us

BrandBook Tech is a Creative + Tech + AI agency specializing in branding, digital marketing, web & app development, AI solutions, automation, and creative production for clients across India and the GCC.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator with mandatory experience in a Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple client projects from initiation to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of communication between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the creative, branding, digital marketing, web development, content, video production, and social media teams.
- Prepare project timelines, task allocations, and daily follow-ups.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure all projects follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Update project status regularly to the Operations Manager and stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a Marketing,



Branding, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating branding, creative, digital marketing, website, and software projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, website development, and creative production workflows.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of AI productivity tools.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: On-site – HiLITE Business Park, Kozhikode, Kerala
- Experience Required: 2+ years (Mandatory)
- Industry Experience: Marketing / Branding / Digital Marketing / Advertising / Creative Agency experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,919.63 - ₹51,972.68 per month
