Hi, we are looking for a Process Coordinator who has worked in IT Field (Tech Support).

Experience : 3 years plus in IT industry

Salary Range : 50k

Location : Valsad

Required skills : JIRA & Hubspot Maintenance

JIRA : Ticket creation, assignment, task updates, sprint tracking and closures.

HubSpot : CRM updates, lead/customer data management, follow-up tracking and pipeline stage updates.

- Coordinate daily operational processes across departments.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs and operational standards.
- Monitor daily activities, employee coordination and workplace discipline.
- Track pending tasks, escalations and operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely task completion.




- Coordinate between management and teams for smooth process execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and process trackers.
- Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements.
