Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment - Encourage creativity through art, play, storytelling, and interactive learning - Monitor and assess children’s progress and development - Maintain classroom discipline with a gentle and positive approach - Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress - Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of all children - Organize events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities Qualifications & Requirements:
