About the Internship

Matrix Exports is looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns who are interested in gaining practical experience in export operations, procurement, vendor management, and government e-marketplace (GeM) operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to international trade and supply chain management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop suppliers for domestic and international procurement requirements.
- Conduct market research and product sourcing based on customer inquiries.
- Assist in GeM tender processing, bidding, and order management.
- Support export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Communicate with clients and vendors through email and phone.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and supplier responses.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Assist the business development team with day-to-day export operations.

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).




- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn about exports, procurement, and international trade.
- Attention to detail and positive organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Who Can Apply?

- BBA, B.Com, MBA, BBM, M.Com, or Engineering students.
- Fresh graduates interested in Export, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or International Business.
- Candidates available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
