Job Summary

AVIAS INDIA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our cookware and kitchenware business across Quick Commerce and Marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, reconciliation, compliance, inventory accounting, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Manage purchase accounting, sales accounting, inventory accounting, and ledger scrutiny.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and statutory compliance.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, e-way bills, and related documentation.
- Reconcile Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other Q-Commerce channels.
- Reconcile Marketplace sales and settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Verify commissions, deductions, returns, refunds, reimbursements, and settlement reports.




- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare MIS reports, profitability reports, and financial summaries for management review.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

RequirementsEducational Qualification

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in FMCG, Cookware, Kitchenware, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Retail industries is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Quick Commerce and Marketplace accounting and reconciliation.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Expertise in GST filing, GST reconciliation, and TDS compliance.
- Experience in marketplace settlement reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
