Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)
Hands-on with:
Dataflows & Recipes
SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
Dashboard design & storytelling
Good understanding of Salesforce data model (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and integrations
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage salesforce CRMA Development tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language to enhance the functionality of salesforce platform.
3. Implement salesforce lightning components and features to create productive and user-friendly interfaces.
4. Collaborate within team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for salesforce projects.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to salesforce implementation or integrations.
Skill Requirements
1. Experience in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data management, and reporting.
2. Experience in salesforce apex development for custom coding and building salesforce applications.
3. Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for developing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in salesforce platform efficiently.
