We are looking for a energetic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the real estate industry, be willing to work in the field, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. A two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for buyers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Stay updated on available property inventory, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales; candidates with basic real estate knowledge will be preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in real estate sales are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial real estate is an added advantage.
