Job Description

As a Sales Manager – Bancassurance at GoDigit General Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales through assigned bank branches within your territory. This role focuses on managing relationships with bank branch staff, enabling branch activation, providing sales training, and ensuring operational efficiency.
You play a critical role in driving insurance penetration through customer segmentation, field engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer segments and identify sales opportunities within assigned bank branches.

- Train and engage bank staff to promote GoDigit’s insurance products.

- Drive branch activation through campaigns, contests, and R&R; initiatives.

- Support sales closures and cross-sell efforts with partner banks.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, documentation, and issue resolution.





Experience & Skills Required

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Bancassurance or banking alliances

Technology Exposure

Familiarity with CRM tools, policy issuance platforms, and Excel reporting
