Job Title: Telecaller – Presales (Secured Business Loan / Loan Against Property)
Role Overview:
We are hiring Telecallers to connect with prospective customers and guide them through Secured Business Loan and Loan Against Property offerings, from the initial pitch through application follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (target: 250-300 calls/day)
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and guide customers through the application process
- Achieve daily/monthly call and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in the CRM
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Telecaller specifically in NBFC or Banking (general BFSI experience such as insurance/broking will not be considered) Mandatory
- Fluent in English,& Telugu, MANDATORY
- Valuable communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Compensation: Rs.18,000/month gross, subject to standard deductions of 6% total (5% VOIZ platform fee + 1% TDS)
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sunday off
