Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
- Organize training and engagement programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support workplace culture and diversity initiatives




- Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Solid organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Master’s degree in HR
- HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent
- Experience in employee engagement and talent management

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
