Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mother Teacher for Grade 2 who can provide academic, emotional, and social guidance to young learners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, learning, and overall development. The Mother Teacher approach ensures holistic education by allowing one teacher to handle most subjects, ensuring personalized attention and stronger teacher-student bonding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (English, Math, EVS, and others as per the curriculum).
- Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and support the overall development—academic, emotional, and social—of each child.
- Use innovative teaching strategies, storytelling, and activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate student records.




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize classroom displays, events, and celebrations to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject specialists and the academic coordinator for curriculum planning and implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Graduation in any discipline (English background preferred).
- Prior experience as a primary or mother teacher, preferably in Grade 1 or 2.
- Robust command of English (spoken and written).
- Warm, patient, and empathetic approach toward children.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in CBSE curriculum.
- Training in early childhood or primary education methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and activity-based learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
