We are looking for a Purchase & Stock Executive who can efficiently manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, stock handling, and inventory records. The candidate should have knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) release, vendor negotiation, stock monitoring, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth material availability and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchase and stock management activities.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and material rates with vendors.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
- Ensure availability of materials as per operational requirements.
- Track pending orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase bills, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Store departments for stock reconciliation.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory checks.
- Prepare MIS reports related to purchase and stock.
