We are looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Executive to provide prompt and skilled assistance to customers through chat and email. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong typing speed, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
Handle customer queries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
Record customer interactions and update the CRM/system accurately.
Meet response time, quality, and productivity targets.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of customer queries.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
