Job Title: Associate Voice Process

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English or Telugu.
- Good listening and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Willingness to work in a voice process.
