Life Care Polyclinic & Homecare Services is a multi-specialty healthcare centre committed to delivering quality, affordable, and patient-centric medical care through specialist OPD consultations, diagnostics, preventive healthcare, and homecare services. We are inviting experienced specialists to join our growing team on a flexible Revenue Sharing model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist OPD consultations for patients with suspected or diagnosed cancers.
- Evaluate patients and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Recommend and interpret appropriate laboratory, pathology, and radiological investigations.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with surgeons, physicians, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.
- Provide second opinions and follow-up consultations.
- Attend patients on prior appointments and emergency consultations, whenever required.
- Support cancer awareness, preventive screening, and patient education initiatives.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records in accordance with professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical guidelines.
Eligibility
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- DM/DNB Medical Oncology / MCh Surgical Oncology / Equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid National Medical Commission (NMC) Registration.
- Minimum 2 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.

Nature of Engagement
- Visiting Consultant / On-Call Basis.
- OPD consultations based on scheduled appointments.
- Availability for emergency consultations, if required.
- Teleconsultation and home consultation (where applicable).
- Flexible working schedule.
Compensation Structure
- This position is purely on a Revenue Sharing Basis.
- No fixed monthly salary shall be provided.
- The Consultant shall receive a mutually agreed percentage of the consultation/procedure revenue generated from patients attended by them.
- Revenue-sharing terms shall be finalized through a Consultant Engagement Agreement prior to joining.
Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per hour
