Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Literature Analysis: Teach prescribed texts (Literature Reader, Moments, Beehive) and foster critical thinking.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design assignments, conduct tests, and provide constructive feedback to boost student performance.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning workplace.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular updates and meetings with parents to discuss student progress. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature OR ANY graduate.
- Certification: B.Ed. degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: [e.g., 1-3 years] of relevant teaching experience, ideally in a CBSE school setting.
- Language: Excellent command of English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Skills: Ability to explain complex topics with real-world examples and strong classroom management.
- Lab Experiments: Conduct safe, practical experiments in the laboratory to enhance conceptual learning.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for CBSE-pattern tests, internal assessments, and final examinations.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student performance and identify areas needing extra support.
- Parent Interaction: Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to share detailed academic progress.
