We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support & Replacement Coordinator to manage product replacement records, coordinate with customers and dealers, and ensure smooth processing of warranty and replacement requests. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update replacement and warranty data accurately.
- Coordinate with customers regarding replacement requests and service updates.
- Communicate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Verify replacement documents and warranty eligibility.
- Track the status of replacement cases and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly replacement and service reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, warranty management, or data management.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Experience in the automotive, EV, battery, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
