Steerway Business Consultants is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable working with data, documentation, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases
Perform data entry, verification, and documentation tasks
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS

Requirements:
