Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual communication. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of qualified experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

The candidate should be capable of balancing creativity with brand consistency, producing high-quality designs that align with organizational objectives while keeping up with evolving design trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for digital and print platforms.
- Create social media creatives, campaign visuals, presentations, reports, banners, emailers, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements.




- Ensure all creatives adhere to the organization's brand guidelines.
- Develop innovative concepts while maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them where relevant.
- Revise and optimize designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain organized design files and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work is mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple projects with defined timelines and targets will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts.
- Good understanding of current design trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
