SyMetric is in the business of providing Products/Services in the Clinical Research Domain. We engage with Pharmaceutical Industry representatives, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Drug Logistics Handling agents, Investigation Sites (popularly known as Hospitals and Medical Research Centers) etc. As part of our growth strategy, we are enhancing our Product Suite applications. We are looking for Technical personnel to work with our development teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understanding of the unique set of performance concerns facing a web application
- Familiarity with JavaScript testing tools and methods (Karma, Jasmine, and Protractor)
- Solid understanding of building full-stack web applications
- Experience in creating responsive HTML5 GUIs
- Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
- Deep understanding of Web technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, REST web services
- Aware of latest trends and engage with the product team to comprehend functional challenges, prototype new ideas and technologies, and help to create innovative solutions
- Mentor UI engineers, which may include performing code reviews. Suggest tools, technologies,



and best practices that improve stability
- Collaborate with Product Management, Clients, UI/UX team, and UI Team
- Design and architect web UI for microservice-based web application
- Design and architect reusable/common components
- Should empower UI teams in following best coding standards
- Hands-on involvement to influence team for front-end testing (Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, etc)
- Recommend processes, services, software and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces as well as infrastructure technologies
- Should be able to solve and guide UI teams on UI performance issues
- Working experience in Agile-based software development environment

Technical Skills

- Experience as an Architect on Microsoft .NET Stack or experience in Architecture Design Patterns
- Microsoft Technologies: .Net Framework 4.6 or higher/.NET Core
- Microsoft Technologies: ASP.Net Framework MVC 4.0 or higher
- JavaScript frameworks such as Angular 7+ or ReactJS
- Experience in Identity Server Implementation
- Experience on DevOps Tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc

Competencies

- 4+ years experience in software development
- Postgraduate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications
- Certifications in Development, Project Management, and Testing Methodologies are desirable and will be an added advantage
