- Client handling and communication.
- Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up for order confirmation.
- Knowledge in working with CRM software.
- Manage end-to-end commercial discussions with clients regarding pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Co-ordinate with factory on manufacturing timelines, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage commercial clients such as:
- Commercial Interior Contractors
- Architects
- nterior Designers
- Hotel Purchase Officers
- Builders
- Civil Contractors
- Prepare high-quality client presentations.
