Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates Tiki Farms Resort, a 9-key boutique resort set across 8 acres in Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra — known for its tropical, peaceful, and personalised hospitality. Mai Kai is the resort's signature multicuisine restaurant, designed to operate as an independent revenue centre serving both resort guests and external diners.

Job purpose

Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives across its group brands — Tiki Farms Resort, Mai Kai Restaurant, Chef Solutions, and Namosri. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background or genuine interest in hospitality and F&B; marketing who wants hands-on experience across multiple brands — from digital campaigns and OTA management to influencer activations and event marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate with designers, PR agencies, digital agencies, influencers, and vendors for campaign execution
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across Tiki Farms Resort, Mai Kai Restaurant, and Chef Solutions
- Assist in managing OTA listings, promotions, rankings, and online visibility across Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, and similar platforms
- Monitor and compile online reviews, ratings, and guest feedback across Google, OTAs, and social media
- Support influencer activations, hosting coordination, and content creation at the resort and restaurant
- Coordinate with digital agencies for social media execution, content calendars, and performance reporting
- Assist with email marketing, blog content, and website updates




- Support planning and execution of resort events, restaurant promotions, and seasonal brand activations
- Assist in implementing the annual marketing calendar across all brands
- Maintain marketing MIS — campaign reports, OTA performance, social media metrics

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality-adjacent brands
- BMS, Hotel Management, or any graduate with relevant experience
- Genuine interest in hospitality, food, and lifestyle brands — this is a passion-led role
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Forms, and email; familiarity with social media platforms
- Languages: English (written and spoken), Hindi

Skills & competencies

- Strong communication and coordination skills — you will be the link between agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Commercial mindset with interest in revenue-driven marketing (OTAs, promotions, occupancy)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Willingness to learn on the job and work across multiple brands simultaneously
- Energetic, creative, and genuinely excited about hospitality and F&B;

Compensation & benefits

Fixed salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience)

Work location: Head Office, 204 Shivam Chambers, S.V. Road, Goregaon (W), Mumbai – 400062

Working days: 6 days a week · Monday to Saturday

Working pattern

- Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week
- Office-based at Goregaon West, Mumbai
- Periodic travel to Tiki Farms Resort and Mai Kai Restaurant for content, events, and activations
- Immediate joining preferred
