About the Role

This is not a role with fixed responsibilities.

The Founder's Office exists to solve problems, build new initiatives, improve existing businesses, and execute on priorities that matter.

During the first few months, you'll work across different business verticals, functions, and projects. Based on your strengths, performance, and interests, you'll gradually transition into the function where you can create the highest impact.

No two weeks will look the same.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives
- Manage projects from idea to execution
- Solve operational and business challenges across different verticals
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Support growth initiatives and business expansion
- Build presentations, reports,



and business frameworks
- Improve internal systems and operational processes
- Take ownership of projects with minimal supervision

Who We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- 6 months to 2 years of professional experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Interest in startups, FMCG, manufacturing, AI, or entrepreneurship
