Role Overview

We are seeking an Interior Designer with 2-4 years of experience in the commercial design and build sector. In this role, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to develop creative design solutions, prepare drawings, and support the project implementation process. Your keen design skills and passion for innovation will contribute to the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Support: Assist senior designers and architects in developing design concepts that align with project objectives and client requirements.
- Material Research: Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design specifications and project budgets.
- Design Presentations: Prepare design presentations, mood boards,



and visual aids to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Construction Documents: Assist in the preparation of detailed construction drawings and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in commercial interior design or commercial design and build projects.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Design Skills: Strong creative and technical design skills, with an eye for detail and functionality.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Solid attention to detail, ensuring precision in design development and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on office or commercial fit-out projects.
