Job Summary

Radiance Alloy & Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 20 years of experience to manage and oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to legal regulations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning




- Coordinate with auditors and manage internal & external audits
- Maintain cost accounting records relevant to manufacturing operations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred)
- Minimum 20 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid attention to detail and organisational ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
