Overview: We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Business Development Associate to drive outbound sales initiatives, qualify prospective customers and schedule meetings for the sales leadership team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with clients and building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Validation
● Review and validate prospect lists received from the Sales Intelligence team.
● Ensure lead quality before initiating outreach. Outbound Prospecting
● Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
● Effectively communicate the company's products and value proposition.
Gatekeeper Management
● Build rapport with Executive Assistants and gatekeepers.
● Navigate organizational hierarchies to reach decision-makers.
Discovery & Qualification
● Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business requirements.
● Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline (BANT).
Meeting Scheduling




● Coordinate qualified meetings between prospects and senior sales members.
● Ensure smooth handoff with complete prospect information.
Required Skills

● Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
● CRM knowledge
● Ability to meet activity and meeting targets
● Confidence in interacting with senior decision-makers
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
