Job Description – Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Psychiatric Nurse to provide safe, patient-centered mental healthcare while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Safety

- Monitor patient wellbeing and respond promptly to changes.
- Support high-risk patients with vigilance and empathy.
- Conduct regular ward rounds and ensure a safe care environment.

Medication Administration

- Administer medications accurately as prescribed.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation.
- Observe and report any adverse reactions.

Admissions & Transfers

- Follow established protocols during admissions and transfers.
- Ensure patient dignity, respect, and calm communication.
- Complete all required documentation.

Clinical Documentation

- Maintain accurate nursing notes and incident records.




- Provide clear and structured shift handovers.

Controlled Medication Management

- Maintain accurate drug registers and secure storage.
- Report discrepancies immediately.

Professional Conduct

- Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Represent the organization with integrity.

Attendance & Qualified Standards

- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
- Maintain professional grooming and visible identification.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Working Days: 6 days per week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
