About the Role

Pivotchain Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and be capable of independently handling accounting responsibilities with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST Returns accurately and on time.
- Handle TDS calculations, return filing, and compliance.
- Maintain purchase, sales, bank, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for statutory and financial compliance.
- Collect, verify, and maintain financial documents and supporting data.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and MIS reports.
- Maintain and update accounting records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Draft and manage professional email communication with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in ROC and other statutory compliance activities as required.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of GST Return Filing, TDS, and basic accounting compliances.
- Experience working in a CA firm will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and professional email writing skills.
- Smart, proactive, and capable of independently handling accounting responsibilities.
- Solid data collection, documentation, and record management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ROC compliance and statutory filings.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
