Job Responsibilities
● Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms.
● Contact candidates through calls and messages regarding job opportunities.
● Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the HR team.
● Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
● Submit daily work reports and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Freshers Welcome
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone/computer usage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
