Moolchand Mill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Head to lead HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS processes while ensuring efficient workforce management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, performance management, and HR policies.
- Lead the HR & Payroll team and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Prepare HR & Payroll MIS reports and drive process improvements using HRMS (Keka preferred).

Requirements:

- - Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in HR & Payroll with solid statutory compliance knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
