Job Description:
This role needs a balance of very strong selling skills and understanding of client’s area of business/ brief.
The typical client at Oneindia.com is from sectors across all sectors because of our wide-ranging offerings & arms. Understanding of the business in the all sectors will be an additional advantage.
1.
Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new accounts
2.
Aggressively chase sales target and keep up with the cutting edge growth that the division has achieved in the last few years in Industry
3.
Generate and manage business plans to define strategies and tactics for long-term sustained success.
4.
The person needs to have fantastic Presentation skills, to be made to Top Management (CXOs, Business Heads, Media Planners, etc.) and has to have a knack for making deals/ proposals & costings on excel sheets
5.
Building and managing strong relationships with clients, agencies and helping product with continuous feedback.
6.
Understand and adapt to Oneindia & its ongoing product and technology developments.
7.
Need to work closely with The Client team & Agencies (typically Programmatic Divisions or Senior Level Marketing) & Commercial, Operational Team who will own the execution part of the proposed campaign.
