About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager who is not just behind the camera—but also shines in front of it. This role combines strategy, execution, and personality-driven content creation. If you love storytelling, trends, and being the face of engaging content, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities-

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

- Create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Act as the on-camera face for brand videos, reels, and campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute relatable, trend-driven, and original content
- Script, shoot, and coordinate basic video production

Social Media Management

- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms
- Handle posting, scheduling, and platform optimization
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and platform algorithms

Strategy & Growth

- Develop content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
- Experiment with recent content formats and viral trends

Brand Representation

- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic




- Represent the brand confidently on camera
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns

Requirements

- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Creative mindset with storytelling ability
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in social media management or content creation
- Personal brand or portfolio showcasing on-camera content
- Knowledge of analytics tools and social media insights
- Experience with brand collaborations or influencer-style content

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
