Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with 3–5 years of experience in Vehicle Loan sales within an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services organization. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through dealer acquisition, DSA management, customer sourcing, and achieving vehicle loan disbursement targets. Strong local market knowledge of Kochi and surrounding areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business for New & Used Car Loans, Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loans, and Two-Wheeler Loans.

Source current customers through direct sales, referrals, dealers, and DSA channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, channel partners, and customers.

Identify and onboard current dealer and DSA networks to expand business.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement targets.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations,



and Risk teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Ensure complete KYC and documentation as per RBI and company guidelines.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Cross-sell insurance and other financial products wherever applicable.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer queries.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

3–5 years of experience in Vehicle Loan Sales with an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Institution.

Experience in Car Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, or Two-Wheeler Finance.

Strong dealer, DSA, and channel partner network in Kochi.

Proven track record of meeting sales and disbursement targets.

Good knowledge of loan documentation, KYC, and lending processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
