Sales Executive – BGauss Electric Scooter Showroom

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our BGauss Electric Scooter showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert customer enquiries into successful sales. Experience in automobile, EV, or retail sales will be an added advantage. The role involves handling showroom walk-ins, generating leads, conducting test rides, explaining EV features, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right BGauss electric scooter.
- Explain product features, battery technology, charging process, range, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Generate leads through field visits, local marketing activities, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.




- Coordinate with finance and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on BGauss products, EV technology, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Automobile, EV, Retail, Telecom, or FMCG sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Customer-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
