About TEDxRambaug

TEDxRambaug is an independently organized TEDx event based in Kalyan, Maharashtra. As we prepare for our 6th edition, we are looking for curious minds and passionate storytellers to help discover and shape ideas worth spreading.

Role Overview

The Content & Curation team is responsible for researching themes, identifying speakers, developing content, and ensuring that every idea presented on the TEDxRambaug stage creates meaningful impact. This role requires curiosity, creativity, research, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Research emerging ideas, themes, and topics relevant to TEDxRambaug
- Support speaker scouting and content development initiatives
- Assist in evaluating and shortlisting speaker applications
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Design, and Media teams for storytelling and campaign content
- Contribute to theme development and audience engagement initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and content reviews
- Support speaker communication and content refinement activities

- Freshers with solid curiosity and communication skills are welcome
- Experience in writing, research, content creation, journalism, public speaking, or community initiatives is preferred
- Previous event, volunteer, or editorial experience is an advantage
- Students, professionals, educators, researchers, and creators are encouraged to apply

Commitment

Expected commitment is 10-12 hours per week, with increased involvement closer to the event and during speaker preparation phases.
