JOB TITLE : GRAPHIC DESIGNER

PURPOSE : To create, develop and maintain high-quality visual content for Babyholic that enhances & strengthens the company's brand image together, supports marketing campaigns, enhances internal and external communications, and effectively showcases products, services, and corporate initiatives across various media channels. It should increase and maintain customer trust and sales for the brand with the help of creative, innovative graphics.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :-

1. UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENT

· Understand the vision and mission of the brand.

· Understand their product and service pipeline.

· Coordinate with other departments for their requirement and collaborate with them.

· Interpret business goals and marketing strategies into effective visual communication.

· Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, e-commerce and management teams.

· Understand feedback and implement necessary design revisions.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

2. DEVELOP CREATIVE CONCEPTS

- Conceptualize and create innovative design ideas that aligns with Babyholic's brand identity.
- Develop visual themes, layouts, images, videos and creative directions for various campaigns.
- Ensure all designs reflect the company's image of quality, safety, care and trust.
- The viewers should feel the story behind the creativity.

3. DESIGN DIGITAL MARKETING CREATIVES

- Create social media posts, stories, reels cover, advertisements, banners and promotional creatives.
- Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
- Develop email marketing creatives and website banners.

4. IMAGE EDITING & CONTENT ENHANCEMENT

- Perform image retouching, colour correction, background removal and photo enhancement whenever needed.
- Maintain high-quality visual standards for all necessary.
- Management approval is needed before posting.
- Organize and manage the digital asset library.

5. DESIGN PRODUCT & E-COMMERCE VISUALS





- Create product listing images, information graphics and feature highlight graphics.
- Design marketplace creatives for Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product visuals effectively communicate features, benefits and brand value.

· Ensure accuracy of content, layouts and artwork specifications.

- Minimize errors and rework.

6. INDUSTRY TRENDS

· Stay updated on trends, innovations and consumer preferences.

· Explore new creative techniques, tools and technologies to represent the brand.

· Recommend innovative design solutions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

· Always give the appropriate content that aligns with brand image, creativity, innovation and with industry trend.

JOB SPECIFICATION :-

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in field (preferable bachelors/ Diploma in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication/ Fine Arts/ Multimedia Design/ Graphic Arts or related field)

Experience

- 2–3 Years in Graphic Design
- FMCG / Retail / E-commerce Experience Preferred
- Brand Management Exposure
- Digital Marketing Creative Experience
