- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and submission drawings for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Prepare and submit building plans through the K-SMART portal for statutory approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and site engineers to incorporate design changes.
- Revise drawings based on site requirements and authority comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project specifications.
