About the Role

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing team in Madurai region. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving prescription-based sales, building strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and ensuring effective implementation of our marketing strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical brands to doctors, chemists, and stockists through regular field visits.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and distributors.
- Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and CMEs.
- Maintain doctor call averages and ensure adequate market coverage as per company norms.
- Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and share insights with the ASM.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, prescriptions audit, and adherence to reporting protocols.
- Maintain ethical conduct and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile





- Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences (mandatory).
- Experience: 0–5 years in pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
- Track Record: Candidates with prior experience in Madurai and adjoining markets preferred.
