We are hiring a dedicated, disciplined, and responsible Security Officer (SO) for our client site located in Thiruparankundram, Madurai. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supervising security guards, ensuring discipline, monitoring site activities, and supporting smooth day-to-day security operations at the site.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and basic system knowledge. Hindi speaking ability is mandatory for effective communication with employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and maintain security guards deployed at the site.
- Ensure proper attendance, grooming, discipline, and shift management of guards.
- Monitor daily site security operations and maintain smooth functioning.
- Handle site-level issues and coordinate with management when required.
- Maintain attendance records, reports, and basic documentation.
- Guide and support guards regarding site responsibilities and discipline.
- Ensure proper visitor handling and entry/exit monitoring.




- Maintain good communication with client representatives and site staff.
- Use system/computer for basic reporting and operational work.
- Ensure all guards follow company rules and site instructions properly.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in security operations or supervision.
- Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.
- Basic computer/system knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain discipline and manage guards effectively.
- Must be willing to work at Thiruparankundram, Madurai.
