Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Technician / Architectural Draughtsman with 4–7 years of experience in architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing accurate working drawings, construction details, and execution drawings for architectural and interior projects.

The role requires a professional who can collaborate effectively with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to produce high-quality technical drawings while ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Develop General for Construction (GFC) drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and execution documentation.
- Prepare and update drawings in accordance with design revisions and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and construction requirements.
- Assist in preparing detailed construction documentation for project execution.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Support site teams by providing technical clarifications and resolving drawing-related queries.
- Adhere to project timelines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables.

Key Requirements





- Strong expertise in preparing architectural and interior working drawings.
- Sound knowledge of construction detailing and execution drawings.
- Experience in preparing GFC drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
- Practical understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and interior detailing.
- Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Capable of managing multiple drawing packages while meeting project deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Architectural and Interior Construction Detailing
- MS Excel (Preferred)
- SketchUp (Preferred).
