Job Description:
- Manufacture, assemble, and fit press tools as per engineering drawings.
- Repair, maintain, and modify progressive, compound, and blanking tools.
- Perform tool maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Operate tool room machines such as milling, grinding, drilling, lathe, and surface grinding machines.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams during tool trials and improvements.
- Maintain tool history records and follow safety standards.
