XivTech is looking for an experienced UI Designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. You will work closely with developers, UX designers, and copywriters to translate user experience journeys into sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- - Create and develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Communicate design scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and rationale to stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Partner with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- 3+ years of experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD
- Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles and accessibility standards
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
