Role Overview:

The candidate will play a critical role in managing front office operations, visitor relations, administrative coordination, and maintaining proper control of sample flat and project property keys, ensuring accountability and smooth day-to-day operations.

This makes the role more aligned with a real estate developer's front office rather than a generic receptionist position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage front desk operations and welcome clients, visitors, vendors, and business associates professionally

2. Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and visitor coordination

3. Act as a mediator and communication bridge between clients, visitors, channel partners, and company departments

4. Maintain and manage keys of sample flats, inventory units, offices, stores, and project-related properties, ensuring proper issuance and return records

5. Maintain a key register and track movement of keys handed over to employees, vendors, brokers, site teams, and visitors

Handle visitor records, courier management, and meeting room coordination

7. Assist in resolving day-to-day operational and visitor-related concerns professionally

8. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communication activities

9. Maintain records, documents, visitor logs, administrative reports, and office registers

10. Support management and departments with administrative and coordination tasks

11. Ensure smooth front office functioning and maintain skilled office discipline

12. Coordinate with site teams, vendors, brokers, and staff whenever required

Pay: ₹20,000 per month
