Job Description – School Typist (CBSE School)

School: Sanskar Public School, Maholi Road, Mathura

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Typist to support the school's administrative and academic operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills in both English and Hindi, be proficient in MS Office, and have a good understanding of CBSE documentation and school office procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Type letters, notices, circulars, question papers, reports, certificates, and other school documents in English and Hindi.

Prepare and format official documents with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain digital and physical records of school documents.

Assist in preparing CBSE-related records, reports, and documentation.

Work with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for day-to-day office tasks.

Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, and administrative staff for documentation and correspondence.

Update student and staff data as required.

Print, scan, photocopy,



and organize official files and records.

Ensure timely completion of assigned office work while maintaining accuracy.

Desired Skills

Excellent typing speed in English and Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Positive knowledge of CBSE documentation and administrative procedures.

Strong written communication and formatting skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under deadlines.

Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Basic knowledge of email handling and office equipment.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is preferred.

Experience in a CBSE school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
